DV Real Estate Group is an ethically and socially responsible real estate agency. Our team of experienced Jersey City real estate agents' mission is to give back to the Jersey City communities south of Journal Square through meaningful real estate business that positively impacts this area of Jersey City. Together, we create the opportunity to contribute to the growth and sustainability of those residents, students, and small businesses while helping families find homes for sale in Jersey City.

As Jersey City continues to expand and attract people from all over the country, the DV Real Estate Group is committed to support our long-term residents and business owners and provide an opportunity to maintain their homes and businesses. We do this by partnering up with the local community members, homeowners/landlords, business owners, local officials, schools, organizations, and churches.  

Through our efforts we plan to help those in need in the neighborhoods of Journal Square, McGinley Square, Bergen-Lafayette, West Side, and Greenville. 

We are driven to give back to the community by donating a percentage of our profits back into the neighborhood. We are especially focused on helping women and low-income families in becoming homeowners, helping the elderly residents, either by relocating or providing the guidance necessary to increase their financial future using the real estate they already own. 

We are offering grants to local small business owners in need during emergency situations such as: equipment that needs to be repaired or replaced, emergency upgrade of construction i.e. electric/plumbing work, and/or small businesses that have limited resources and need a little help to open or stay afloat. 

When we sell a property within our community, we will donate a percentage of our proceeds back into the community so that we are not just taking, but we are also giving back, and helping those who want to stay in Jersey City.By buying or selling your home through us, you will be giving back to your neighbors, friends, congregation, and community as a whole. 

We are dedicated to providing life skills by educating our younger community members about savings, homeownership, financial literacy, and the importance of credit. By doing so, our youth will grow learning to invest in the community and create a better home for their families with a bright future.
