Jessica Goldberg
Jessica is a New Jersey native born and raised in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Her passion for real estate began at a young age-- moving often and watching her parents renovate homes. Having lived all along the Gold Coast, she now calls Jersey City home.
Jessica provides an unmatched experience for her clients by combining her decade of medical sales experience with her familiarity of Jersey City’s dynamic marketplace, sales trends and local neighborhoods. From working with local developers of high-rise apartment buildings, to roommates looking for their first rental, she always strives to exceed expectations.
Jessica received her BA in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. Upon graduation, Jessica began her career in the medical sales industry working at one of the world’s top healthcare companies. Throughout her tenure, Jessica has continued to succeed in her career by always putting the customer first.
Active in her community, Jessica is a Board Member of the Kids Dream Big Foundation, a non-profit organization that inspires the youth of Hoboken and Jersey City to chase their dreams. In her free time, you can find Jessica playing tennis at the courts in Hoboken, cooking, and spending time with family.
Sasha Anand
Sasha Anand was born and raised in New Jersey and has lived in the state her entire life. From growing up in Franklin Lakes, to moving into a historic brownstone in Newark while studying at Rutgers Business School, to commuting into Manhattan for over a decade from homes in Hoboken & Jersey City, she has since planted roots in beautiful Montclair with her fiancé. Sasha knows New Jersey intimately and truly understands how important the experience of finding the right home is to having a happy and healthy life.
With over 11 years of experience in sales and business development, Sasha has a proven track record of always putting her clients first, and aims to provide an exceptional end to end experience for each and every one of them. In her spare time, she loves to practice yoga, cook, hike, garden, dance, and explore new hobbies.
When she's not busy with work or spending time with family & friends, Sasha is likely off traveling the world in search of new eye opening cultural & culinary experiences which she can bring back home with her to New Jersey.
Jesse Munoz
Jesse Munoz is a Rutgers Business School alumnus with degrees in Finance, Accounting, and Economics. During his career as a finance professional, Jesse has worked with multi-national corporations such as Barclays Capital and Marsh and McLennan Companies.
Jesse transitioned into the real estate world by working with Kushner Companies. He is presently working with Ironstate Development where he oversees the company's Commercial Retail Portfolio. Jesse also has his own private investment company and currently sits on the Board of Directors for CLODS Inc., a digital health provider focused on providing measurable social impact.
Stephanie Maldonado
Stephanie is the Director of Operations at DVREGroup. She was born and raised in Jersey City. After graduating from McNair Academic High School, Stephanie received her bachelor's degree in Finance from Seton Hall University. She has 10+ years of experience in marketing and management --from selling insurance as an insurance producer to running marketing departments in real estate offices.
When she isn't working or managing a home with three children, Stephanie enjoys dancing, writing, and recording a podcast that she co-hosts.
